I grew up on the east coast where I first entered the real estate business selling "timeshares" at local resorts on Cape Cod. My dad has been a developer/broker my whole life, so you could say real estate is "in my blood." I moved to San Diego to go to college 25 years ago. I got my undergraduate degree in psychology at UCSD, and graduate degree (MSW) at San Diego State. I worked in the mental health field for a while, but my passion was and always has been real estate. Eventually got my real estate license in the state of CA, and have enjoyed selling along the coast of San Diego for over a decade. My combined real estate experience, including working for my dad, selling timeshare and working coastal San Diego is about 25 years!
I live in Solana Beach, a few miles from La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Carlsbad & Oceanside. I have had many offices along the coast, including 2 offices in Del Mar, 2 offices in Solana Beach and my current office is in Carlsbad. However, I mainly work out of my home office...I stay more focused when there is less distraction from colleagues. My area of expertise is the coast from La Jolla to Oceanside. However, I have sold all over San Diego as I was a relocation specialists for many years.
I am a very tenacious business woman and have strong negotiation skills. At the same time, I am friendly, personable and easy to work with. My degrees in Psychology and Social Work have helped my to work with and understand the multitude of personality types I come across in the real estate industry. I have a very strong work ethic and love what I do! Hunting down the perfect home for my buyers is a challenge I take on with enthusiasm! Listing your home, helping you prep it for sale, and selling it within the time frame that you want to sell it (sooner rather than later) is a task that I commit to full-heartedly.
